How far ahead should I book?
A week ahead is ideal for listing shoots and content sessions. Closings and quick turnarounds can often happen sooner, so ask.
How do payments work?
A deposit holds your date. The rest is invoiced through your private client portal, and you can pay by card or bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
When do I get my files?
Your quote lists the exact delivery date before you pay anything. Everything is delivered to your client portal, organized and ready to post.
Do you travel?
Yes. Killeen through Austin is our home area. Farther than that, we tell you the travel cost before you book.
Who owns the content?
You get full rights to use everything we deliver for your business. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Is there a commitment on monthly plans?
Monthly plans start with three months, because that is how long it takes for content to start working. After that it goes month to month with 30 days notice.
